ANTONELLA COSTANZO
It all began at the age of six. Antonella was fascinated with music in general growing up, but has always particularly enjoyed singing. Everytime she heard music, she just had to sing along. Whether she was on a long car ride, in a plane or around the house, her parents couldn't keep me quiet. Finally, they took Antonella for vocal lessons at On Key Studios to learn more about what it is and to learn more about her passion.
Music, is all about expressing emotions. On stage Antonella gets this magical sensation and feels so passionate about sharing her feelings with others. She wants the audience to feel the true, heartfelt meaning of her songs. There is nothing better than performing.
In August of 2008, Antonella went into the studio for the first time. Two years prior, she was selected to compete at IPOP in New York placing top 10 out of 800 contestants . She was able to sing in front of more than 2000 people including talent scouts and agents. The performance was successful and led to a meeting with a number of people before entering the studio with Anthony Krizan of Sonic Boom Studios who co-wrote her first single "What's It Gonna Be" with Mark Conklin. The whole process of getting started as a solo artist took about 2 years to achieve. Now that she has arrived, Antonella is very excited to continue this dream and fulfill a childhood ambition.
