About the show
In the quiet little town of Cave, Isabella, the beautiful and restless innkeeper’s daughter, spends her days among books and the rehearsing of kisses with her only friend Rocco.
Rocco is a handsome young man who works as a laborer and who has always been in love with Isabella.
One day, after the mysterious death of Count Uberto Mancini, Giulio arrives into town along with his mother Camilla. Isabella, Rocco and Giulio will form a triangle of friendship and love intended to unravel over time even when their paths seem to part. The three of them - all in flight or in search of their own destiny - will gather together in 19th century Rome, stubborn and rebellious, to share experiences, adventures, dangers and mysteries.
